Kids Parmo was hard, couldn’t even eat the bottom could only eat the cheese and the naan bread was to hard to even eat also not happy as this place is normally really good

Unfortunately this time I’m going to be leaving a negative review. The chips were stale like they were hours old and many of them had black eyes - the chips we had today were virtually inedible. We threw away more than we ate. It was lucky that we ordered spam as well although this was so greasy, grease was soaked into and running out of the paper when we opened them. It was like they hadn’t been drained at all and even the batter was soaking and soggy, we had to use kitchen roll to soak up all the grease. We appreciate that our comments were taken onboard and we appreciate the scraps and I’m sad to leave such a review but I had to be honest. The food we received today wasn’t great at all. Delivery driver was friendly as always though, the food was warm and it didn’t take long to arrive, although we would have happily waited a bit longer to get better food.

Beautiful, Thank you! Everything came piping hot, the chips are great from here, they’re not pale and have flavour. We tried the homemade cheese pattie and it was delicious, as was the cod. The chip shop curry is lovely too. The only thing we would change or say could be improved is that the mushy peas can sometimes be a bit runny/watery (but I don’t know if thats because they’re new/freshly made when we have ordered). We really appreciate the scraps - we don’t consider it a proper chippy tea without them, so thank you for remembering them :) Every order we have made has been by a polite and friendly delivery driver who’s happy to go the extra mile! Fantastic chippy!

Amazing! Thank you. Lovely food, everything seems to be fresh and has colour (no pale or undercooked chips!), all our order arrived hot still, crunchy batter and scraps (thank you for reading our requests) and not swimming in grease like some places we’ve experienced in the past have been. Best chippy curry and nice mushy peas too. Fast and friendly delivery driver also. We 100% recommended - if you’ve not tried this place, you should.
